Hyundai Wet & Dry Vacuum / Carpet Cleaner

The HYCW1200E is a 2-in-1 electric wet and dry vacuum and carpet cleaner from Hyundai. Powered by a 1200w Hyundai electric motor, this vacuum cleaner has 18kpa suction power for demanding cleaning jobs around your home, workshop or commercial office.

This vacuum is not only able to clean up liquids, dust, and hairs but is also able to easily remove any crumbs, small particles, and debris, giving your space an intensive clean. It also has a carpet cleaning setting, so is able to provide a thorough and deep clean to remove marks and stains on carpets and other upholstery.


What Is A Wet And Dry Vacuum Cleaner?

A wet and dry vacuum cleaner is a time-saving bit of kit, able to clean up liquid spills as well as dry dirt and dust at the same time. Instead of using a bag, wet and dry vacuum cleaners work by sucking up both the wet and dry waste into a bucket system, before automatically filtering the liquids and solids.

The HYCW1200E features a double filtration system that separates the captured dirt into fine and coarse elements for maximum efficiency and a thorough clean.


Upholstery Cleaning Function

On top of being able to remove stubborn marks from carpets, this vacuum’s carpet cleaning attachment can also be used for upholstery - for cleaning sofas, cleaning cushions, cleaning dining room and kitchen seating, cleaning rugs, cleaning curtains, and cleaning booths and barstools. It has the ability to refresh your carpets, leaving them fluffy and clean instead of dirty and flat. It can also be used in car valets for cleaning car interior upholstery to get your car looking brand new again.

This vacuum cleaner has two separate clean and dirty water tanks to ensure that your clean water never gets contaminated with any dirty water being sucked into the vacuum. Both tanks are easily removable, allowing for fuss-free emptying of the dirty water tank and refilling of the clean water tank.


Easy To Use Carpet Cleaner

With wet and dry cleaning controls on the handle of the hose, you can easily adjust the spray and suction without having to reach back to the vacuum. This is especially handy when vacuuming cars or other awkward spaces.

Weighing just 8.1kg, this vacuum’s upright cylinder design with its ergonomic handle is easy to pick up and take from A to B, and its 4 hard plastic wheels allow this powerful vacuum to glide across the floor effortlessly.

The integrated float switch with liquid protection monitors the level of water within the cylinder until it reaches maximum capacity, at which point the vacuum will automatically shut off to prevent any damage and to promote longevity.


25L Wet and Dry Carpet Vacuum

The 25L stainless steel upright cylinder ensures dust, dirt, and dirty water is collected effectively for an all-around pristine clean, and will also save you having to empty your vacuum too often, saving time and effort.

Ideal for a variety of cleaning jobs including carpet, wood, laminate, car valets, workshops, and upholstery, this vacuum also features three cleaning functions (wet vacuuming, dry vacuuming, and blowing) so you can tailor your cleaning to the task at hand.


Electric Vacuum Cleaner

Supplied with a 6m power cable for ample room to clean your home or workshop, the HYCW1200E ensures that you won't have to keep reaching for an extension cord or regularly unplugging the vacuum to switch between sockets. Its integrated cable tidy also makes it neat and compact to store away whilst not in use.

With low service and maintenance requirements, the HYCW1200E is easy to use and simple to switch between functions.

This electric vacuum cleaner features 18kpa suction power. kPA (kilopascals) is what is used to measure the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the pressure created within the vacuum’s suction hose. As a general rule, the bigger the number, the larger the suction pressure and the more powerful the vacuum.

All Hyundai garden machinery is covered by a Hyundai 3 year platinum warranty for domestic use (commercial terms differ - please see warranty terms).

NOTE: Genpower Limited are the importers & distributers of HYUNDAI POWER PRODUCTS (UK) 

3 YEAR WARRANTY for all portable power products except:
2 YEAR WARRANTY for Air Compressors, Welders, Robotic Lawnmowers, Power Stations, Jump Starters
2 YEAR WARRANTY for all 1500rpm Diesel Generators, subject to service records and maximum 500h/year.

1 YEAR WARRANTY on all 3000rpm air-cooled diesel products, maximum 1000h, and hot pressure washers.

All inverter generators, and petrol open framed generators have a 3 year warranty, but also limited to a maximum of 1,000 hours use - whichever occurs first.

Products ‘Powered by Hyundai engine’, such as the P1 Power Equipment series, have a 2 year Warranty.

Hyundai portable power products are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship for the length of the warranty period from the original date of purchase. This “Warranty” ensures that any defective part
will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Genpower Ltd.

To use the warranty, we require, model number, serial number, proof of purchase and service records if applicable.

Balgownie Ltd does NOT operate a "Try & Return" policy. Faulty goods should be notified to us as soon as possible. As a rule we do not collect goods from customers unless the fault occurs within the first 30 days, however we can arrange courier collection at your cost. We are under no obligation to accept returns of Non-Faulty goods after the 14 day cooling off period. Please note we are under no obligation to pay for the return of non faulty goods.

Returns of Non-Faulty goods within the 14-day cooling off period will be at the customers expense. Returned goods must be "As New", in complete re-saleable condition, including all manuals and loose items. (Excluding Special Order items, which are non-returnable for any reason.)

Spare Parts: Balgownie Ltd will attempt to source spare parts for customers on occasion. We can only do research with the information given by customers and for that reason Balgownie Ltd will not be held liable for any wrongly supplied parts whatsoever. All parts are researched and supplied on a best endeavours basis. Customers should note that we will do our best to supply parts based on information received. Except in instances of our breach of contract, Balgownie Ltd will not be liable for any return postage costs incurred if the parts turn out to be incorrect based on the customers description. These parts are subject the distance selling regulations, as above.

Swaps: Customers who order incorrect parts and subsequently send them back asking for them to be "swapped" for a different part will be charged carriage at the appropriate rate for the second delivery.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in store. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please do not use or damage the items whilst you inspect them. Do not try them in an environment that might make them dirty (e.g. in the garden). We ask that all packaging is kept for a time until you are satisfied with the item - packing will be essential for any return especially petrol powered products where a courier will not collect any unboxed item. We are unable to provide replacement boxes so please do keep the packaging.

It is your responsibility to fully inspect the item upon delivery before first use, that the item you have purchased is to your satisfaction and therefore fit for purpose. Should you notice a fault or defect with any product or find that there are missing components, please contact us immediately. Any claims for goods damaged on delivery should me made within 48 hours. We are unable to provide replacements for goods claimed to be damaged on delivery outside of this period. Failing to contact us at this early stage could affect your return/warranty entitlements.

Petrol powered machines should not be oiled or fuelled unless you intend to keep the item.

All returns must be returned in a re-saleable condition complete with all original packaging and labels, undamaged and unused. Please do not open any blister-packs unless you intend to keep the item. Should you wish to return a product, it must be in the original undamaged packaging.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to deduct from the total any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Any items that need to be replaced must be returned to us first before a replacement can be issued.

Customers who use the Royal Mail Collection Service do so at their own cost.

Returning large palletised goods: If for any reason an item that has arrived on a pallet e.g (Lawn Tractor / Ride-on / Dumper/ Cement Mixer) needs to be returned, the item must be placed on the original pallet (or a suitable other pallet) before a collection can be arranged. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are suitably palletised for the return. We are not able to provide replacement pallets or assist with re-palletising the product for its return journey. We suggest holding onto the pallet the product came on.

Items delivered or transferred to locations outside of the Mainland UK - we are unable to collect or send warranty replacement items to these locations (including Northern Ireland, Channels Islands). If you require warranty replacement parts you must return the defective item to us at your cost first, and carriage will be payable for the replacement item should it be warranty (or the cost of the item if it is not).
