20v Hyundai Cordless Pole Saw

The HY2192 is a battery-powered pole saw from Hyundai, ideal for cutting back tall trees or high branches around your garden without having to use a ladder.

This pole pruner weighs just 3.43kg and for added comfort and extra stability, it also comes supplied with a shoulder strap.


8” Pole Pruner Bar and Chain

This Hyundai pole pruner’s laser-cut sharpened steel 410mm / 16” cutting blade will make quick work of cutting tall trees and high branches up to 170mm in diameter, providing a precise cut. The HY2192 can be extended from 165cm to 229cm and when held 1m above the ground (at average working height), this pole saw will provide you with an impressive 3.3m of reach, allowing you to trim the tops of even the tallest trees with both feet planted firmly on the ground - no ladders required!

The angle of the HY2192 pole saw’s head can be adjusted left or right to allow you to cut back specific tree branches - even the most awkwardly positioned ones.


Simple To Maintain

This cordless pole chainsaw features conveniently positioned controls and a cut-out switch all within easy reach of the handle.

It also features an automatic chain lubrication system which not only minimises wear and tear on the starter mechanism and extends product life, but means you won’t have to manually lubricate your chain each time you use your saw. Please note that the chainsaw oil is not included and must be purchased separately.

For hassle-free maintenance, this Hyundai pole saw features tool-free chain tensioning for added simplicity and ease.


Battery-Powered Pole Chainsaw

With no cables, no petrol, and no pollution, the HY2192 cordless pole chainsaw is powered by a 20v MAX lithium-ion 2Ah battery, which means no more messy fuel or dangerous mains cables for you to have to deal with - simply charge the battery and you’re ready to go.

With a charging time of just 70 minutes, the HY2192 makes maintaining your garden simple and is able to provide an average trimming time of 28 minutes (depending on the operating conditions) - plenty of time to get your tall trees cut back all from one charge. However, if your outdoor space has many tall trees or high branches to cut, you have the option to purchase an additional battery - or shop other tools from our 20v collection - to save you waiting between charges.


Cordless Pole Saw Benefits

This eco-friendly pole saw is powered by a 20v MAX lithium-ion 2Ah battery which charges from flat to full in just 70 minutes. This also means no messy fuel mixes to have to deal with and no cables which restrict how far away from the mains it can be used. Battery-operated pole saws offer the best of both worlds - all the freedom of petrol chainsaws but require very little maintenance similar to electric chainsaws. Keeping on top of maintaining your outdoor space has never been easier.

This unit includes a 20v MAX battery - which has an indicator light to show you how much battery is remaining - and a charger.

All Hyundai garden machinery is covered by a Hyundai 3 year platinum warranty for domestic use (commercial terms differ - please see warranty terms).

3 YEAR WARRANTY for all portable power products except:
2 YEAR WARRANTY for Air Compressors, Welders, Robotic Lawnmowers, Power Stations, Jump Starters
2 YEAR WARRANTY for all 1500rpm Diesel Generators, subject to service records and maximum 500h/year.

1 YEAR WARRANTY on all 3000rpm air-cooled diesel products, maximum 1000h, and hot pressure washers.

All inverter generators, and petrol open framed generators have a 3 year warranty, but also limited to a maximum of 1,000 hours use - whichever occurs first.

Products ‘Powered by Hyundai engine’, such as the P1 Power Equipment series, have a 2 year Warranty.

Hyundai portable power products are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship for the length of the warranty period from the original date of purchase. This “Warranty” ensures that any defective part
will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Genpower Ltd.

Balgownie Ltd does NOT operate a "Try & Return" policy. Faulty goods should be notified to us as soon as possible. As a rule we do not collect goods from customers unless the fault occurs within the first 30 days, however we can arrange courier collection at your cost. We are under no obligation to accept returns of Non-Faulty goods after the 14 day cooling off period. Please note we are under no obligation to pay for the return of non faulty goods.

Returns of Non-Faulty goods within the 14-day cooling off period will be at the customers expense. Returned goods must be "As New", in complete re-saleable condition, including all manuals and loose items. (Excluding Special Order items, which are non-returnable for any reason.)

Spare Parts: Balgownie Ltd will attempt to source spare parts for customers on occasion. We can only do research with the information given by customers and for that reason Balgownie Ltd will not be held liable for any wrongly supplied parts whatsoever. All parts are researched and supplied on a best endeavours basis. Customers should note that we will do our best to supply parts based on information received. Except in instances of our breach of contract, Balgownie Ltd will not be liable for any return postage costs incurred if the parts turn out to be incorrect based on the customers description. Should you notice a fault or defect with any product or find that there are missing components, please contact us immediately. Any claims for goods damaged on delivery should me made within 48 hours. We are unable to provide replacements for goods claimed to be damaged on delivery outside of this period. Failing to contact us at this early stage could affect your return/warranty entitlements.

All returns must be returned in a re-saleable condition complete with all original packaging and labels, undamaged and unused. Please do not open any blister-packs unless you intend to keep the item. Should you wish to return a product, it must be in the original undamaged packaging.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to deduct from the total any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Items delivered or transferred to locations outside of the Mainland UK - we are unable to collect or send warranty replacement items to these locations (including Northern Ireland, Channels Islands). If you require warranty replacement parts you must return the defective item to us at your cost first, and carriage will be payable for the replacement item should it be warranty (or the cost of the item if it is not).
