Operator Sensing System

Whenever the operator leaves the seat, the truck travel and mast lifting functions will stop. This reduces the risk on accidents.

Mast Interlock - Tilt, Lift & Lower

The hydraulic locking system prevents natural lowering and tilting of the mast, even when the operator leaves the truck unattended.

Repositioning of The Tilt Cylinder

The tilt cylinder was removed from the floor plate to prevent the driver from falling over it.

Large Entry Grip Bar

The entry grip bar is larger, making it easy to grasp and enabling safer mounting on/off the truck.

Anti-Slip Step Plate

The wider step plate prevents slipping and it also heps safer mounting on/off the truck.

Adjustable Steering Column

The steering column can be adjusted over a wide range of angles, allowing an optimal posture for the operator.

Integrated Lamp Switch

The turn signal and head lamp switches are integrated for convenient operation.

Spacious Legroom

The knee clearance is widened and the tilt cylinder is removed on the floor plate. Acceleration and brake pedal clearance and angle are improved to reduce ankle fatigue.

High Speed Lifting / Lowering

The gear pump and mast regulator valve are optimized to increase the lifting/lowering speed, which boosts the effiency of your forklift.

Wide Mast Visibility

The neatly arranged hydraulic hoses and chains provide clear front visibility through the wide view mast.

Powerful Gradeability

With the powerful engine, transmission and auxilary weight structure, the maximum gradeability is optimized and it is easy to drive up 25% (3.0t, @1.6 km/h) steep slopes.

The Kubota V2403-CR Diesel engine delivers powerful performance and generates capacity through key temperature control technology. It also increases the ash cleaning and engine oil change interval, resulting in TCO optimisation.

Anti-Dust Design

The bottom-sealed overhead guard eliminates the dust inflow from the bottom side.

Auxiliary Weight

Many troubles are caused by vibration. The engine is mounted on the auxiliary weight to effectively absorb vibration and suppress noise. This extends parts durability and prevents durability decline and oil leakage.

Dual Elements Air Cleaner

The air cleaner with dual element filter protects the engine against dust effectively, ensuring the durability of engine. This is standard on the NX Plus series.

Optimised Air Flow

The airflow is optimised by improving the position of the silencer, increasing the space between the parts and increasing the inner space of the counterweight. It streamlines the airflow and increases the cooling capacity.

Junction Box

The fuse and relay are centralized for easy maintenance.

Removable Side Panel

The side cover can be removed without any tools, just using the knob.
