Delivery

Yes we do! We are pleased to announce that we are now offering UK deliveries on the majority of our product range. We are constantly reviewing this so the product range for delivery is likely to expand in the future.

Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your order. Please see our latest costs below:

  • Small Parcel: £4.99
  • 2.5kg to 30kg: £0.00
  • 30kg - 40kg: £20.00
  • 40kg - 250kg: £40.00
  • 250kg +: £65.00

The delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER ORDERS

In order to offer you a larger selection of products, we are now offering certain goods 'Direct From Supplier'. These items will be identified by a banner below the item price on the individual item pages.

These goods are not stocked in-store and are available exclusively online only. These orders will be subject to a delivery charge dependant on weight and location. These vary by supplier and as such these costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS

Shipping charges for the Scottish Highlands & Islands may need revised by us after the order has been placed, depending on any additional shipping charges.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Any additional delivery charge(s) are calculated based on the item ordered and the delivery postcode. We will inform you prior to processing your order of any additional delivery charges applicable to your order, at which time you have the right to accept these, or to cancel your order.

If you would like to receive a quote for delivery to your postcode before you place your order please contact us.

For In Stock items, our standard delivery service is typically within 3 to 5 working days.

For Direct From Supplier items, the standard delivery service is usually within 5 working days, subject to current stock levels. If there are any delays with your order, a member of our team will be in contact with you to keep you updated on the status of your order.

To track your order:

Log in to My Account using your email address and password. Select ‘Orders’ and you can view further information then.

Here you can view history of all your recent orders as well as any relevant tracking information.

Tracking information will also be provided on your 'Order Dispatched' e-mail.

Alternatively you can use our automated order tacking tool on our online chat.

Yes, we do. We now offer larger items i.e. ride-on lawn mowers for local delivery within the AB postcode area.

There will be a delivery charge of £30.00 for these orders.

We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days. A member of our delivery team will contact you to arrange this.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service is available from either our Inverurie or Turriff depot dependant on current stock levels.

Order by 3pm weekdays for next day collection. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be ready for collection on the following working day. 

Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be available for collection on the following Monday subject to availability.

Please await your 'Ready to Collect' notification before travelling to us.

Some products may be subject to a two working day collection period. Details on individual product page(s).

Please check your junk folder as sometimes emails can end up in there by mistake. If you still can’t see it, please ensure you bring some photo ID that matches the payment name on the order, and you’ll be able to collect your items.

Not right now, but we’re working on making this a possibility in the future. If you realise you've forgotten something, you can always place another Click & Collect order.

If you can’t collect your order straight away, don’t worry. You have up to 7 days to pick up Click & Collect items. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days we will issue a refund. 

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Please be aware we are dealing with a high volume of contacts and will respond to you as quickly as possible.

We will let you know by email if we need to cancel your order for any reason. You will receive a cancellation and refund notification by email.

Payments

You'll need a credit or debit card registered to a UK address to pay for your items online. We accept the following cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Credit & MasterCard. We also accept payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay.

Yes. Our website is secured using an SSL certificate, and all information sent between you and us is encrypted for maximum security. Your privacy and the security of your details are a great priority to us and we want you to feel you can shop online with confidence.

Product Availability

Items that are marked with 'This item is currently available for click & collect & in-store purchase only' are currently subject to shipping restrictions and are unavailable for delivery.

Maybe in the future, but we don't offer this service at the moment.

We offer a wide range of products so it isn't always possible for our online store to match the availability of our in-store range.
