Box Van Trailers

Whatever you need to carry, there’s an Ifor Williams Box Van to suit your needs. Take a look at the features and you’ll find practicality, durability and reliability built in.

Braked BV

Box Vans are available in a choice of three height options, three width options and four length options. Smaller models are available with a choice of single or twin axles.

Most models are offered with roller shutter, combination ramp doors or van rear doors, ensuring your trailer is perfect for your needs.

The white coated side panels are tough, smart and easy to clean. They provide the classic ‘blank canvas’ ready to be sign-written and ideal for pre-cut vinyl graphics and logos.

Unbraked - BV64e

Small enough to tow conveniently behind your car, providing 2.3m³ of space, this box van is ideal for leisure, domestic or small business users.
Ideal for family holidays, weekend trips, the sports enthusiasts with too much gear for the boot/roof rack or simply the small business with goods to move.

You’ll find the BV64e an ideal way to keep all your belongings safe, dry and away from prying eyes. When not in use it can be safely parked up in your garage, and is light enough to manoeuvre easily. It’s great for camping or enjoying outdoor activities such as cycling, canoeing or fishing, especially where bulky equipment is needed - it can even be used to carry a junior kart. The BV64e is also popular with mobile disco owners.

Commercial Flatbed Trailers

Whenever there’s work to be done you’ll find a flatbed model to help you do it. Our flatbed trailers epitomise the flexibility of our commercial range. Purchasers from roofers to gardeners, small businesses to local authorities have all found that this range of trailers can carry heavy or bulky loads with ease.

Flatbed LT & LM Trailers

  • From the smallest LT85 to the largest LM208, all Flatbed models are built around a welded steel, galvanized chassis fitted with bolt-on tapered drawbars and the Ifor Williams beam axle and leaf sprung suspension.
  • The Flatbed trailer range is normally supplied with twin axles. Tri-axle options are available on our LM6 series models in lengths over 12’.
  • With the addition of a winch, rear prop stands and either loading skids or the full-width ramp (1.83m/6’ in length), the versatile flatbed can be used to carry loads such as small plant, ride-on mowers, mixers, shredders, rollers and a multitude of mobile plant equipment.
  • A new addition to the range is the LM208, this is the largest Flatbed trailer. The LM208 tri-axle trailer has all the normal features of an Ifor Williams Trailer but has the capacity to transport up to 10 portable toilets. This trailer is available with handrails for the operators’ convenience and safety when loading. Alternatively the trailer can be used as a conventional trailer, with or without sides and with its large size the trailer offers great flexibility, including the ability to transport 6m lengths of materials or any large yet relatively light load.

  • Eurolight Trailers

Introducing the Eurolight, designed for the commercial and domestic user running small commercial vehicles or cars.

Offering a choice of eleven multi purpose trailers, the Eurolight range has been designed for versatility. With a maximum gross weight of between 1000kg and 2000kg, there is sure to be a trailer in the range to suit your requirements.

    Canopies

Ifor Williams Trailers manufactures Canopies for both trailers and Pick-up vehicles. Our Canopies are produced from the same high strength, durable materials as our trailers – high grade aluminium for the framework and panels, and hot dip galvanized steel for the tailgate and hinges.

    Pick-up Canopies

We offer an extensive range of pick-up canopies for popular models from leading manufacturers. We can advise you on your canopy selection.

Pick-up Canopies are available for a wide range of pick-up vehicles, including:

    Vauxhall
    Land Rover
    Mazda
    Mitsubishi
    Nissan
    Skoda
    Volkswagen
    Toyota

    Trailer Canopies

Selections of the General Duty and Unbraked trailers are offered with optional canopies. They are available to order with your new trailer or can be purchased and fitted to an existing trailer. Canopies can double the versatility of your trailers, conceal your trailer load, increase load security when travelling and can provide a degree of weather protection.

They are designed and built to take the inevitable rough treatment they are subjected to in farming and construction environments. Tailgates are panelled either in galvanized steel weld mesh or 2mm thick aluminium with optional toughened glass window.

    Car Transporter

Take a look at any of our trailers and you’ll find that safety, flexibility and ease of use are included as standard. The car transporter range is no exception, providing a robust and reliable vehicle-carrying solution for motorsports enthusiasts, hire firms and motor trade professionals.

    CT115 & CT136

Both vehicle recovery and motor sport are catered for within the CT115 and CT136 trailer range. Twin high tensile galvanized steel structures are mounted on the exclusive Ifor Williams beam axle suspension and combine to give a versatile, strong and easy to use vehicle carrier.

Utilising the same lightweight construction on all four models, the single axle CT115 and CT136 (1400kg gross), twin axle (2000kg gross) and heavy duty (2600kg gross) models are lightweight trailers giving a maximum payload capacity of 1000kg, 1500kg and 2100kg respectively.

They are designed and built to take the inevitable rough treatment they are subjected to in farming and construction environments. Tailgates are panelled either in galvanized steel weld mesh or 2mm thick aluminium with optional toughened glass window.

    CT177

A versatile transporter, wide enough for most light commercials and narrow enough for the smaller car, the CT177 is the ideal trailer for the motor trade or hire professional. Its tilt bed action combined with pull out mini-skids allows for quick and efficient loading of vehicles either under their own power or using one of the winch options available.

The combination of optimum engineering design and high strength materials has produced a trailer with an excellent strength to weight ratio. Wheel arch tops are only 10cm (4") from the bed to give ample door clearance and feature high grip treads for safe entry and exit from the vehicle being carried. Optional heavy duty wheel straps feature a soft-link that will not damage expensive alloy wheels and can be stowed away in the built-in toolbox.

    Beavertail

Closely related to the Flatbed range, and with the addition of a sloping rear bed section, these trailers offer the flexibility of a Flatbed with the added benefit of a low loading height to the rear of the trailer.

As with all our Flatbed trailers, the Beavertail range can be fitted with one of our winch options, allowing the recovery and loading of broken down or unpowered vehicles.

We offer width options of 1.98m/6’6" and 2.25m/7’6" and length options of 4.23m/14’ and 4.77m/16’. The maximum gross weight for the lighter LT models is 2000kg, whilst the heavier LM models offer maximum gross weight of 3500kg.

    Transporta

The perfect trailer for motorsport enthusiasts, small racing teams and classic car owners, the enclosed car transporter offers protection from the elements whilst transporting and storing high value vehicles. All models feature a durable galvanised steel chassis, with the tiltbed model featuring a manual hydraulic tilting drawbar which accommodates most vehicles and for vehicles with low ground clearance an optional pair of ramp skid extenders are available.

An electrically operated winch is available and the sliding bracket means the whole assembly can move from side to side to allow for variation in vehicle towing eye position. The optional tyre rack and workbench, which are mounted to the front of the trailer, can accommodate a set of differently sized wheels and gives a fully functional working area over a durable large front storage cabinet constructed from lightweight material. Two large side doors give access to the vehicle for restraining.

LED spotlights down both sides gives both ambient and practical lighting to the interior of this trailer and optional floor strip lighting gives low level illumination. Side track restraints are fitted as standard and with multiple holes every 60mm, this gives ample lashing points. Adjustable sliding wheel stop provides repeatable positioning for a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal weight distribution to ensure towing stability.

With many other features and accessories available you can create a bespoke enclosed car transporter that suits your requirements.

    TB Tiltbed

Introducing the new range of Tiltbed trailers from Ifor Williams Trailers, designed specifically for the landscape and car transportation industry. Choose from six trailer models all with a very generous overall width of 2100mm and four length options, two of which are our first Tiltbed tri-axle models.

Trailers feature a plywood floor centre which is flush with steel outer edges and are suitable for a range of vehicles including rollers and excavators. There is no raised rail around the bed of the trailer, making it a completely flat surface.

This range is ideal for loading ground care machinery or for users requiring a versatile Car Transporter which also offers the benefits of a standard Flatbed trailer.

Trailers have been designed so that ramp and skid options can be interchanged if required at a later date. With low bed height and reduced loading angles the versatility of this trailer range is increased.

    CT Tiltbed

For owners of vehicles with low ground clearance or those in the vehicle recovery business, the Tiltbed is an ideal choice. It provides all the benefits of the Flatbed range, combined with an easily-tilted platform for effortless loading.

There are two size options in the range: CT166 (4.77m/16’ long, 1.98m/6’6" wide) and CT167 (4.77m/16’ long, 2.25m/7’4" wide). Both models offer a maximum gross weight of 3500kg. Tilt is achieved through the use of a manual hydraulic pump.

The low tilt angle (approximately 12 degrees) and drop-down tail ramp make it easier to drive almost any kind of wheeled vehicle onto the trailer bed. A longer (0.91/3’) loading ramp is available as an option.

    Eventa Trailers

The Eventa M and L include living accommodation and herringbone travel for the horses.
